1. Handling Time
We process your order within 48 hours (business days only). Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. During promotions or peak seasons there may be slight delays, and we’ll do our best to speed things up.
2. Transit Time & Shipping Cost
Our two product lines ship from different places, so they travel at different speeds and are priced differently. The exact cost and speed for your address are always shown on the checkout page before you pay.

These ship from a warehouse near you, so they arrive in days. Choose a speed at checkout; the charge below applies until your order reaches the free-shipping threshold for your region (see section 3).

All Other Products
Capsules, creams and serums all ship from our United States warehouse by USPS. The cost is calculated at checkout from the weight and the destination — four USPS services within the United States, three international services elsewhere — so there is no single figure to quote here.
- Within the United States: USPS transit time, shown at checkout.
- Outside the United States: please allow 2–3 weeks, as the parcel travels from the United States and clears customs on arrival.
An order containing both lines ships in more than one parcel and each part travels on its own schedule.
In the event of force majeure (weather, flights, customs inspections, holidays, etc.), delivery times may be extended. Thank you for your understanding.
3. Free Shipping Thresholds
Thresholds differ by product line and destination. When your order reaches the figure below (based on the amount shown on the checkout page), you qualify for free shipping.

All Other Products
- United States: free shipping over USD $200
- Everywhere else: free shipping over USD $300
If an order qualifies for both free shipping and other offers, the result automatically calculated on the checkout page will apply.
4. Duties & Taxes
International orders may incur import duties, value-added tax (VAT), or other charges upon arrival in the destination country/region. Where such charges apply, they are generally the responsibility of the recipient (customer). We cannot control or estimate the fees charged by customs in each location.
5. Damaged / Lost / Order Issues
If your item arrives damaged or with any other issue, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving it and provide: your order number and photos of the item (including the outer box/packaging and the condition of the item). We will assist you based on the specifics of your case and do our best to offer a fair solution.
